Dear Parents,

Welcome back! Hard to believe 2 weeks is up already. Hope you all had an enjoyable break.

Here are some things coming up for April:

Gymnastics-  we have an instructor coming in to the school from Gym Sense to work with all of the classes for a few weeks. Please help your child to dress appropriately, as students usually need to participate in bare feet.

DPA - KM club will likely be starting in the second week of April. Hopefully the weather will cooperate for us!

New themes- starting in April, some themes we will be looking at are Spring, Easter, Canadian Symbols, and Poetry.  Please feel free to talk about things related to these at home.

Math- we will be revisiting adding and subtracting, but with numbers to 100.

Students will be introduced to new Choosing stations this week.

Dear Parents,

Here are some things for the next 2 weeks:

Student led conferences- sign-up sheets with times for you and your child to attend next week are posted on the bulletin board in the front entrance to the school. If you are unable to sign up in person, please let us know and we can find a spot for you, or even send your child with a note and we can help them sign up, too. Looking forward to seeing you so your children can share some things they have been working on. 

Early dismissal will be at 2:00 on Tuesday and Thursday next week, in addition to our regular 2:00 dismissal on Wednesday.

Wednesday and Thursday are the 2 days that both of us are here.

Report Cards- go home this Friday March 7

March 12- next Recognition Assembly
