May/June Upcoming 2014

May 28, 2014

Dear Parents,

A few updates:

First, as mentioned in a recent Brooksbank Bulletin, a reminder that classes will not be in session tomorrow. As well, a reminder that Monday June 2 is a Pro-d and there will also be no classes.

Yesterday was the first showing of the Lion King, which we were in attendance for. A big congratulations and job well done to the staff and students who worked incredibly hard to put it all together!

Spelling- this week is a review unit

Math- we are nearing the end of our unit on 2D and 3D shapes, and will be finishing up with some data collection. Eg. Answering questions related to simple graphs and asking questions in order to fill in information on simple graphs. Please feel free to talk this up with your children.

Library- please assist your children in getting in any overdue books

Thank you.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Kam
